Phones and internet are often unreliable in Sudan, even in the capital, Khartoum. The phones may go down for a day at a time while the internet can be cut off for up to a week. It is an annoyance that we get around by having multiple ways of getting in touch. If one phone number doesn’t work try another. If one email isn’t getting a response try a different one. We promise to respond as soon as we can.

Exact addresses are tricky in Khartoum, but if you tell any taxi
Sayed Abdul Rahman Street & El Taiyer Izz Ed Din Street in Khartoum 1 (downtown Khartoum) near the Regency hotel.
That will get you to the cross-roads. Then our offices are in the building on the North East Corner of those cross-roads.
There is a gas station on the same block to the East, and the Regency hotel is caddy corner.
